Vision One

A quieter way to watch over Mum.

Vision One is the care camera for families looking after an ageing parent at home. Plug it in, set it up in minutes, and it keeps an eye on Mum or Dad, so you don't have to check all day.

If something's wrong, a fall, a faint, smoke, a door opening at 2am, signs of distress — you'll know in 60 seconds. Not in the morning. Now.

If nothing's wrong, you still get one short message each evening: how their day went, how they rested. So you can stop calling three times a day to check.

No watch to charge. No button to press. Just the quiet confidence that you'll know.

What it does for your family

Every evening, a summary. A plain-language note on how Mum or Dad's day went. No video to watch.

60-second alerts. Falls, faints, smoke, an unexpected door, signs of distress, if something's happening, you'll know fast.

Set up the same day. Plug in, scan the QR code in the ELLO app, done.

Look in when you want. Open the app and see home. No appointments, no middlemen.

Talk through the camera. Reassure Mum. Remind Dad about his appointment. Just say hi.

Ask ELLO. "Where's Dad?" "Has Mum been up today?" Ask in the app, ELLO tells you.

Everyone in one place. Add siblings, your helper, your partner. Same alerts, same summary. No more "did anyone check on Mum today?"

Private by design. Only your family sees what ELLO sees. End-to-end encrypted.

Common questions

How is this different from a normal security camera? A normal camera records. You have to watch it. ELLO does the watching — it notices when something's wrong and tells you in plain language. Most people who buy Vision One already own a camera. They just stopped checking it.

Does Mum or Dad have to wear anything? No. Nothing to wear, charge, or remember. It sits quietly in the room and does the work.

What if they don't like cameras? Most parents say no at first, then change their mind once they see it isn't recording their every move, it speaks up only when something's wrong. Most forget it's there within a week.

How fast will I get an alert? Within 60 seconds. Not in the morning. Now.

Can my siblings get the same alerts? Yes. Add anyone in the family, siblings, helper, partner. Everyone shares the same alerts and summary.

What about the helper or expected visitors? ELLO learns who's expected. The helper at the usual time won't trigger an alert. A stranger at the door at 2am will.
